SHIPPING -
Shipping time for most orders will be 1-5 business days, excluding custom orders. Orders will not be processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, or major holidays, exception if prior arrangements were made to do so. Custom orders take approximately 2-6 weeks to ship as specific components may be hard to source.
If additional shipping charges are required, we will contact you with the shipping charges for your approval prior to processing your order.
I cannot guarantee when your order will arrive, please allow 1 -10 business days for shipping. Consider any transit or shipping time offered to you by weatherfordlighting.com or other parties only as a general estimate. I encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
RETURNS -
30-Day Return Period: Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, with all components intact.
Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. I recommend insuring the return shipment since we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
How to Return:
Contact me: Before sending your item back, please contact me at weatherford.lighting@gmail.com to notify me of your intent to return the product.
Pack the Item: Securely package the lamp to prevent damage during shipping.
Ship the Item: Send the package to: Weatherford Lighting 231 Hilltop Dr. Dripping Springs, TX 78620
Refund: Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-3 days.
WARRANTY:
Craftsmanship Warranty: I offer a 1-year warranty on the craftsmanship of our lamps. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Warranty Claims: If a defect in craftsmanship is found within the warranty period, please contact me at weatherford.lighting.com I will evaluate the claim and if warranted, repair or replace the lamp at my discretion.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
